Can't pass character creation screen

Describe the bug:

How do you cause this bug?

  • List the steps
    I can’t pass the screen . I am using stadia on mobile and I’m using my controller as well as tried using touch screen controls .
    Nothing is working. I cant press any inputs and it won’t work whatsoever !

I do apologize about you encountering this issue!

Allow me to ask a few more questions to see if we can gather more information on this issue:

  • Did/Does this issue still occur when on the Stadia Browser by chance?
  • If you were able to use the Stadia on Chrome;
    • Were you able to use the controller and progress further?
    • What kind of controller were you using?
  • What kind of phone were you using?
  • Does the phone have any physical damage?

I am hoping some of this information can prove to be useful in our investigation.

I have opened up a ticket for our internal team to investigate this issue further.
