Custom asset import

The ability for creators to import their own assets (meshes and sounds) into Crayta.

Creators would be able to create a mesh or a sound in an external piece of software, and then import the file into Crayta. A similar process can already be seen with the UI image upload system on the creator website. This would require a moderation step, and then the assets would become available to all creators on Crayta, in a similar way to the current Package system.

This would mean that Crayta games can use a vastly greater library of sounds and meshes than what is currently available, and creators can import very specific assets that they need for their games, which may not be covered in the asset packs that are regularly added to Crayta.
