Grid movement of primatives is off by 12.5cm or .5 grid snap

Describe the bug:
moving a primitive after initial placement, it snaps to 12.5, 12.5, 25 (z is unaffected) and isn’t placed every 25, just multiples of 12.5, 12.5.

testing a mesh, it moves in multiples of 25, 25, 25.

How do you cause this bug?

  • drop a primitive on the terrain
  • it snaps to the grid size 1 for an even coordinate ie 0, 0, 0
  • move it, it snaps to 12.5, 12.5, 25 placement.
