Javascript errors don't show up in the console

Describe the bug:
Since the Strength & Sorcery update Javascript errors don’t show up in the console anymore. The only workaround is to surround your whole Javascript-Code with try-catch clauses.

How do you cause this bug?

  • Cause a bug in Javascript, like accessing an undefined variable
  • The console will stay empty. Your code will stop executing, but you don’t know why

Which platform: PC

Which input: keyboard + mouse

Not sure if it helps, but I’d like to add that the Crayta logs show all gameface errors and the engine objects error handler functions aren’t triggered.
