OnTick + player position

While using the OnTick event to get the player position, the position from one frame returns a set of coordinates, and on the next frame (without moving) returns another set of coordinates (a 0.1 difference on each coordinate).
Is this normal? How would I get the real exact position (with all the decimals)?
