Properties not duplicating on duplicated entity that's part of a template

Describe the bug:
Duplicating entities that are part of templates does not carry properties properly over.

How do you cause this bug?

  • List the steps
    Create an entity, attach a script to it, add properties to it and make that entity a template.
    Then duplicate the entity - that duplicate will have a lot of unset properties like shown in the video.
