Ragdoll with stop - start and cooldown

I thought this script could be useful for alot of people. So for instance this script could be placed on a car, using another script like the Mighty Move script making the car to move, if the car collides with the player then they will be ragdolled. Now if the car stops you can call the stop event on the script to stop ragdolling the player until the car starts moving again.

Place script on an entity to ragdoll (kill for 2 seconds then set back alive) any player that collides. Includes the ability to turn on and off the ragdoll as the item starts or stops moving. Also includes cooldown to prevent a player to get stuck being constantly ragdolled.
