Setting a custom Voxel Pen Size causes draw preview and Grid Snap to be offset


Setting a custom Voxel Pen Size (e.g. 8 x 1 x 1) will cause the voxel drawing preview to be offset. Different Pen Size variations result in different offsets for the drawing preview. Any Entities placed from that point onward will also have their Grid Snap glitched with an offset of -12.5cm on the x and y axis. Entities that have been placed before changing the pencil size are unaffected.

The voxel drawing preview will behave normally again if you reset the Voxel Pen Size to 1 x 1 x 1. However this doesn’t resolve the offset glitch on the Grid Snap for any affected or new Entities; that will persist, even after reloading the game, and I haven’t found a way to resolve it yet. :disappointed:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set a custom Voxel Pen :pencil2: tool Size (for example, 8 x 1 x 1)
  2. Hover over a Voxel Mesh to draw the voxel, notice how the preview is offset.
  3. Place the voxel, notice how the drawn voxel ends up normally.
  4. Place a different entity (e.g. a Locator). Drag the entity around, and notice how the Grid Snap is now offset by -12.5 x -12.5 x 0.
