Sound pitch property issues

Setting the pitch of a soundentity has limits, but they are wrong. The pitch is settable lower than .5 and higher than 2 (iirc up to 4), but in-game, it doesn’t make any difference (so pitch>2 is the same as pitch=2 and pitch<.5 is the same as pitch=.5).
