Treasure Cave Environmental Design Guide Package

This package contains guide materials to demonstrate 2 main techniques in large scale terrain sculpting and environmental lighting. It features a giant atmospheric Treasure Cave that was created with these techniques.

PACKAGE CONTENT:
There are many contents in this package. Some are just additional contents I decided to include in case people find them useful. But the main contents are:

  1. TreasureCave - This template is the treasure cave itself. This is a very large environment, feel free to study and use this as you like. But the purpose is to demonstrate large scale terrain sculpting and environmental lighting.
  2. GUIDE_Lighting - Drag and drop this template into your world to see different steps of lighting and how to improve your lighting by adding additional lights to fake light bounces for a fake Global Illumination.
  3. GUIDE_SculptingTechnique - Drag and drop this template into your world to see an “Animated” guide on how the sculpting steps can help you build large scale terrains.

The above templates are the main templates in this package. But there are also additional contents that you can use in your creations:

  1. Lightrays - This is animated light ray VFX that you can use for god rays and such.
  2. Waterfall - This is an animated waterfall.
  3. StoneStatue - A large humanoid stone statue.
  4. OvergrownStatue - A giant humanoid stone statue with moss growing on it.
  5. Skyplane - this is a plane with a sky texture.
