Water Moonlight reflection is not consistant

Describe the bug:
Moonlight on the water at 0000 (example time with default game) does not reflect consistantly.
tested on chromebox with stadia app, chromecast, and pixel 4 phone with stadia app.

How do you cause this bug?

  • List the steps.
  1. starter game
  2. duplicate terrain and name water
  3. add water to terrain
  4. move water up a few z
  5. extrude up to 800 z
  6. change world time to 0000
  7. i’m using techicolor - just FYI
  8. look around in editor to see it not reflect
  9. preview to observe same behavior
