Describe the bug:
Moonlight on the water at 0000 (example time with default game) does not reflect consistantly.
tested on chromebox with stadia app, chromecast, and pixel 4 phone with stadia app.
How do you cause this bug?
- List the steps.
- starter game
- duplicate terrain and name water
- add water to terrain
- move water up a few z
- extrude up to 800 z
- change world time to 0000
- i’m using techicolor - just FYI
- look around in editor to see it not reflect
- preview to observe same behavior
